Communicator contact card not updating


In this example the title of person A will be changed after he signs in again when returning from his holiday.

Outlook contacts will show up in Communicator thus verifying that the Shore Tel CAS Connection Add-In and Shoretel Contacts Upload Add-in are active and working however one or more phone numbers for a contact are not listed in Communicator when the name is searched.

One problem may be that the phone number contains a 1 as the first digit of the 7 digit number.
